Acceptance of Terms

By using the Cloud Club website, browsing products, creating an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or place an order.

Age-Restricted Website

Cloud Club is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. You agree that you are 21+ and legally permitted to view and purchase age-restricted vape products. Cloud Club may refuse or cancel any order that does not satisfy age verification requirements.

Order Requests

Placing an order through the website does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be reviewed for product availability, delivery area, payment status, age verification, identity verification, and compliance requirements. Cloud Club may cancel, modify, delay, or refuse any order when necessary.

Delivery Terms

Cloud Club currently offers local delivery only within approved Schuylkill County ZIP codes. Orders must meet a $15.00 minimum subtotal. A $4.99 delivery fee applies to eligible orders under $40.00, and eligible orders over $40.00 qualify for free local delivery. These rules may be updated at any time.

SMS Order and Delivery Notifications

Cloud Club offers optional transactional SMS notifications for customers who voluntarily opt in through the checkout form.

By selecting the SMS consent checkbox during checkout, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages from Cloud Club at the mobile number you provide regarding your active order and local delivery.

Messages may include order-status notifications, confirmation that a driver has accepted your delivery, notification that your driver is on the way, nearby-delivery notifications, driver-arrival notifications, delivery confirmation, and customer-service communications related to the order.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Cloud Club.

Message frequency varies based on order and delivery activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you may stop receiving SMS updates even if an active delivery remains in progress.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to mobile-network availability and carrier operation.

Product names, images, descriptions, pricing, promotions, stock status, flavors, and availability may change without notice. Cloud Club attempts to keep product information accurate but does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Pricing and Errors

Cloud Club reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inventory errors, typographical mistakes, checkout mistakes, or system issues. If an order is affected by an error, Cloud Club may contact the customer, adjust the order, cancel the order, or provide replacement options.

Responsible Use

Products sold by Cloud Club are intended only for lawful adult use. Customers agree not to resell products unlawfully, provide products to minors, misuse products, or use this website for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
