Cloud Club may collect customer information such as name, email, phone number, delivery address, ZIP code, order details, product selections, order notes, website interactions, and age-verification-related information needed to process orders and provide service.

How Information Is Used

Customer information may be used to process orders, verify delivery eligibility, contact customers, provide support, confirm age and identity requirements, manage inventory, prevent fraud, improve the website, and maintain business records.

Order and Delivery Records

Order information may be stored in WooCommerce or connected systems for order management, customer support, reporting, compliance, and future automation. Delivery information may be used to determine whether an order is within the approved service area.

Payment Information

When payment processing is used, payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors or gateways. Cloud Club does not intend to directly store full payment card numbers, CVV values, PIN data, or other sensitive cardholder information on this website.

SMS and Text Message Communications

Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive transactional SMS text messages from Cloud Club related to an active order or local delivery. These messages may include driver acceptance, driver departure, nearby-delivery updates, arrival notifications, delivery confirmation, order-status updates, and customer-service messages related to the order.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on the customer's order and delivery activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Customers may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and may reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the requested messaging service.

Cloud Club may use service providers, including telecommunications and SMS providers, solely as necessary to transmit and support messages requested by the customer.

Other Communications

Cloud Club may contact customers by phone or email regarding orders, delivery updates, customer support, verification, service announcements, and other business-related communications. Promotional SMS marketing is not included in the transactional SMS consent described above and would require appropriate separate consent before being used.

Third-Party Services

Cloud Club may use third-party services such as WooCommerce, WordPress, payment processors, email providers, telecommunications and SMS providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, and automation tools such as n8n. These services may process information only as needed to support Cloud Club operations and provide requested services.

No Sale of Personal Information

Cloud Club does not sell customer personal information. Customer information is used to operate the business, fulfill orders, provide service, and meet compliance, fraud-prevention, and security needs.

Security

Cloud Club uses reasonable efforts to protect customer information, but no website, server, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should avoid submitting sensitive information through contact forms unless specifically requested.
