Cloud Club currently provides local delivery only within approved Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania service areas. Delivery is not available outside approved ZIP codes. Checkout will block orders submitted with unsupported ZIP codes.
Minimum Order
Orders must meet a $15.00 product subtotal before delivery checkout can be submitted. Delivery fees do not count toward the minimum order amount.
Delivery Fee
A $4.99 local delivery fee applies to eligible orders under $40.00. Orders over $40.00 qualify for free local delivery. Cloud Club may update delivery pricing, minimums, and promotional offers at any time.
Delivery Verification
The customer or recipient must be present at the delivery address. Valid government-issued photo ID is required. The recipient must be 21+ and must match the order information when requested. No unattended drop-offs, mailbox drop-offs, porch drop-offs, or third-party handoffs are allowed.
Failed Delivery Attempts
A delivery attempt may fail if the customer is unavailable, does not answer, provides an incorrect address, cannot verify age, or refuses to show valid ID. Failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation, delayed fulfillment, or loss of delivery fee at Cloud Club's discretion.
Timing and Availability
Delivery times are estimates and may change due to inventory, weather, traffic, staffing, order volume, business hours, or compliance checks. Cloud Club may contact customers to confirm delivery details before fulfilling an order.
Right to Cancel or Refuse
Cloud Club may cancel, delay, modify, or refuse any order if the order cannot be legally or safely fulfilled, if product inventory changes, if delivery information is incomplete, or if age and identity verification requirements cannot be completed.
