Cloud Club is intended only for adults who are 21 years of age or older. By accessing this website, browsing products, adding items to the cart, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase age-restricted vape products.
Photo ID Required
A valid government-issued photo ID may be required before an order is released. For local delivery, the person receiving the order must present valid ID at the time of delivery. The ID must be readable, current, and must verify that the recipient is 21+.
Recipient Must Match Order
Cloud Club may refuse delivery if the person receiving the order does not match the customer information provided, cannot present valid ID, appears underage, appears unable to legally receive the order, or attempts to receive the order on behalf of someone who cannot be verified.
No Proxy Purchases
Customers may not purchase products for minors or for anyone who cannot legally receive age-restricted vape products. Any suspected proxy purchase, false information, or attempt to bypass age verification may result in cancellation, refusal of service, and account or order restrictions.
Refusal Rights
Cloud Club reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or delay any order if age, identity, address, eligibility, product availability, or compliance requirements cannot be verified. Delivery fees may not be refundable where a delivery attempt fails because ID verification requirements were not met.
